Thank you for choosing our services for booking your vacation packages. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Reservations and Payments:

All reservations are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon (see our promotions).
We accept payments via wire transfer, Mastercard, and Visa.

2. Changes and Cancellations:

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of arrival in Italy at our facilities and will be subject to specific cancellation policies of the booked package. If customers do not inform us of the cancellation in writing after 15 days, they will forfeit 100% of the payment made.

3. Liability:

We are committed to providing high-quality services, but we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen changes or delays that may occur during your vacation for reasons beyond our control (natural or extraordinary events).
It is the customer's responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents, such as passports, driver's licenses, and visas, to enter Italian territory.

4. Travel Insurance:

Customers are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events during the trip.

5. Extra informations:

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws in force in the place of residence of our company.
